Why Cassandra?
Cassandra was the Trojan princess who received two contradictory gifts from Apollo: the gift of true prophecy and the curse of never being believed. She saw the fall of Troy before it happened. She warned about the Trojan Horse — specifically, that enemies were concealed inside it. She was correct every single time she predicted disaster. She was ignored every single time. Troy fell not because Cassandra was wrong but because the team didn't have a process for acting on the QA engineer's findings.
We chose Cassandra for the QA Agent because the QA role carries the same gift and, in most organizations, the same curse.
