How long does implementation take?
Most projects run 3–6 weeks from signed contract to launch. The AI Growth System — our most comprehensive package — is structured as: Week 1–2 Discovery, Week 2–3 Strategy & Build, Week 3–6 Launch & Test, then ongoing optimization. You'll have a working system in your hands within 30 days of kickoff.
What does the 30-day results guarantee actually mean?
If we haven't delivered measurable results against the goals we set together in Week 1 (usually: inquiry volume, response time, or lead quality), we continue working at no additional charge until we do. We've never had to invoke it — but it removes the risk from your side entirely.
Do you integrate with HubSpot, Zapier, Go High Level, or Monday.com?
Yes to all of them. We also integrate with Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Calendly, Acuity, Stripe, QuickBooks, and most major CRMs and scheduling tools. If your stack isn't on this list, ask — we've likely integrated it before.
What's the difference between the packages?
The Starter Presence ($2,500–$4,500) gets you a polished 5-page website — right tool if you need to go from zero to online quickly. The Growth Website System ($5,000–$9,000) adds conversion engineering, lead capture, and automation wired to your CRM. The AI Growth System ($8,000–$18,000) is the full stack: website, AI automations, custom chatbot, and a 90-day optimization window built in. Most clients serious about growth start with the AI Growth System.
What happens after implementation? Do you disappear?
No. Every project includes a support window (30–90 days depending on package) during which we fix bugs, tune the automations, and answer questions. After that, most clients move to a Monthly Retainer ($750–$8,000/mo, depending on scope) for ongoing optimization, new campaigns, and priority support. You're never left holding a system you don't understand.
I'm not very technical. Will I actually be able to manage this?
Yes — that's a core design requirement. We build everything to be operated by a non-technical business owner. You get a recorded walkthrough, a written operating guide, and 30 days of direct access to answer any questions. The systems run automatically; you just get the leads and reports.
Do you work with businesses outside Illinois?
Yes. We're based in Rockford, IL but work with clients remotely across the US. All discovery, strategy, and reviews happen over video calls. The only thing we can't do remotely is on-site photography or drone — but that's Holley Creative's department.
What types of businesses do you work best with?
Service businesses doing $250K–$5M/year that are growing and want to scale without hiring. That typically means: law firms, home services, medical practices, coaches, real estate teams, insurance agencies, and professional services. If you sell a service and deal with leads, follow-up, or intake — we can automate the repetitive parts.
Can I just get one piece — like only the chatbot or only the website?
Yes. We offer standalone chatbot implementation, email automation buildouts, and website projects separately. The ROI is highest when the pieces work together, but we don't require bundling. Tell us what you need and we'll price it.
